RICHARD TELEKY – The Hermit’s Kiss

Richard Teleky of Canada has published stories in many literary magazines, including Antioch Review, Descant, and Tamarack Review. He has also published a collection of stories, Goodnight Sweetheart

M.L. ROSENTHAL – Elegy 1991 — 1992 (IN MEMORIAM D.H.R.)

M. L. Rosenthal of the United States is a distinguished poet and critic. His many volumes of poetry include Blue Boy on Skates: Poems, Beyond Power: New Poems, The View From the Peacock’s Tail, She: A Sequence of Poems, and Poems 1964. In addition to publishing Running to Paradis: Yeat’s Poetic Art, Rosenthal is also the author of a number of widely acclaimed books of criticism, including The Poet’s Art and Our Life in Poetry: Selected Essays.

MELISSA HARDY – Long Man The River

Melissa Hardy of Canada is the author of the novel A Cry of Bees. Her work has also appeared in literary magazines.


Nadine Shelly of Canada is a poet whose poems have appeared in Exile, and whose first book, Barebacked With Rain, was published by Exile Editions. She has also published Darktime Crossing.

ROGER BURFORD MASON – Pity The Poor Serpent

Robert Burford Mason of Canada is the Canadian correspondent for the English literary periodical, P.N. Review. Recently, he published his first collection of stories, The Beaver Picture.

SEÁN VIRGO – Ennistrea

Seán Virgo of Canada is a story-teller, poet, and novelist. His works include Selakhi, a novel, White Lies and Other Fictions plus Two, Wormwood, Waking in Eden, and Selected Poems.

JOHN MONTAGUE – Time In Armagh

John Montague of Ireland is the author of many volumes of poetry, including Selected Poems, The Love Poems of John Montague, Mount Eagle, and The Dead Kingdom (all by Exile Editions). He is also the author of a collection of stories, An Occasion Of Sin (Exile Editions). Time in Armagh appeared in Ireland and the United States in 1994) John Montage has been nominated for the Nobel Prize.


Francis Ponge of France is among that country’s most distinguished modern poets.


Sherry Johnson of Canada is a poet. These are among her first published poems.


Maurice Boivin of Canada is a poet and composer from Québec. He has published, among many works of blues and jazz, le Blues au Piano, 12 pièces originals écrites et commentées.


Terry Jordan of Canada is a prose writer who has published in Exile before. His first collection of stories is titled It’s A Hard Cow.
